[USER STORY] Data quality dashboard by DFSP #25

Story Title

As a Mojaloop FRM Operator, I want to view a dashbboard that shows the data quality for each field of transactions submitted by any DFSP, so that I can hold each DFSP accountable for data quality in terms of the agreed service level agreements and so that I can maintain/improve the effective functioning of the FRM solution.

Acceptance criteria

  1. Given (context) and (more context) when (event) then (outcome) and (another outcome)...

Ideally the dashboard should be able to reflect trends in data quality so that the operator can manage decreasing performance proactively. Data quality should be measured for each field in the interface and should be based on the processing that has to be performed on data during data ingestion, including: Failed validations as a percentage of total transactions Data cleansing as a percentage of total transactions Rejected transactions as a percentage of total transactions A running total of these metrics per day over time
