feat: add e2e-ttk test collection #158

Adds a collection for running the e2e tests for account linking and transfers.

For now, this is to be run manually, but after this PR, I'll add this collection to our automation.

This looks great Lewis; one suggestion is to add a snapshot of a successful test run to help whoever is running it later to view the baseline results, etc.. Thank you.
