New docker-compose config to run a PISP simulator alongside the ml-testing-toolkit.
ml-testing-toolkit: New specification file added to support POST /authorizations. spec_files folder copied from ml-testing-toolkit project.
Contract tests added for P2P transfer and post /authorizations
Created a readme file for docker-contract
