tidy up copied docs, and move outdated flows to ./docs/archive
break down Adrian's linking flows and Transfer flows
update ./docs/README.md to show full flows

@jgeewax @MichaelJBRichards I'd love to get this merged today so I can continue to work on the docs if you have a short time to review.

It's not meant to be perfect yet, just a stepping stone in cleaning up the docs and putting them in the right place.

Do we need archived designs? @eoln well I'm not sure, which is why I put them in archived instead of deleted. I expect we will delete these down the line when we are more settled on the flows and they are more out of date.
