Part of #408

This is a list of the callback urls that need to be registered by a DFSP and PISP respectively to enable PISP functions.

In making this list, I uncovered some lurking design concerns, which I'll break out into a bigger design issue separately.
Addresses missing plurals on the master endpoint list
