TTK - Add tests for /parties/Type/ID/SubID

Goal:

As a DFSP / Hub

I want to have tests for the endpoint /parties/Type/ID/SubID in TTK examples

so that I can test the SubID endpoint

Acceptance Criteria:

• [x] Test cases for /parties/Type/ID/SubID are available in TTK repo
• [x] All the requests and responses should contain the subIdTypeorId information (Get parties response, Quotes request ...etc)
• [x] Add parameter 'subIdValue' to the input values

After upgrading the services quotes-service:v12.0.1, central-ledger:v13.3.0 The subID test suite in TTK is working fine.
