Goal:

As a Mojaloop Developer / Mojaloop Local Deployer

I want to to have a TTK CLI flag to enable reports to include full report information (i.e. requests, responses, headers, etc) on Helm Tests

so that I can debug issues when I do not have access to Slack/AWS for report publishing

Acceptance Criteria:
