Mojaloop Connector (SDK) is not showing error messages with LOG_LEVEL info properly #3815

Summary: There are no errors in the console log when LOG_LEVEL is set to info. I had to set it to debug to view the errors. For example when the SDK is not able to get the access token from oAuth token endpoint.
