Improvement in Quote page at admin portal UI #3938

Acceptance Criteria

  1. At the quotes, add new features including Payer DFSP Name dropdown, Payee DFSP dropdown, and Status dropdown in the header.
  2. In the quote body, add new columns including Payer DFSP Name, Payee DFSP Name, Status, and Error Reason.
  3. When users want to know the quote informaion, they can search using the filters, and the information will be displayed accordingly.
