Add a 'This issue duplicates ___ and ___' auto message

May not be super practical or helpful, but it could be nice to have this format for when a report duplicates 2 issues. Currently while it's not a lot of changes to make, you still have to manually modify the auto-template to allow for multiple duplicate issues.
