Spring cleaning (but it's August)

Purpose

Lots of things:

• Update dependencies
• Update from discord.js v13 to discord.js v14
• Change from CommonJS compatibility mode to ESM
• Make sure the bot doesn't suddenly break at the end of August 2022 because of the MessageContent intent
• Update bug tracker help link
• Save screen logs to find out why the bot is crashing sometimes (and doesn't write anything in the logs as it should)

Approach

Updated stuff, checked out what broke, fixed that. Tested the bot for a bit and it appears to work fine from what I can tell.

Future work

• I plan on merging this in ~24 hours, unless something major comes up.
• Observe the bot for a bit to see whether something breaks
• If everything goes by plan, I'll then merge the other PRs which don't add new features
• On the weekend, I'll take a look at the PRs which add new features, or change existing features substantially.

Incredible timing! From the changelog it doesn't seem like anything major changed, so might just as well upgrade to that straightaway for those extra bugfixes.
