Not working on Samsung Galaxy S running FROYO 2.2 (JPK) #101

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start market-access
2. Select T-Mobile US
3. Start Market

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Able to see paid apps. Only free apps available.

What version of the product are you using? On what ROM?
Samsung Galaxy S running 2.2 (I9000XXJPK)

Please provide any additional information below.
Also running OCLF 2.1.2.
Says Emulation successfull but thats not true!

Attach a logcat output if possible.

Does the displayed SIM numeric change after emulation?

what software version of android you have, is it 2.2 or 2.2.1

2.2. It's probably the same "bug" as here: 
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=687371 

The workaround (using values from an ECLAIR build.prop) doesn't work however.

Also Froyo 2.2, JHJP3 no file 
com.android.vending/shared_prefs/vending_preferences.xml in /data/data/ but 
found it at /dbdata/databases/. I edited manually the entry 
metadata_paid_apps_enabled to true, and this solved the issue.

I have the same issue on the same phone with 2.2 (JPM).

I did change the value to true manually but every time the market starts it 
changes back to false.

My son and I have identical phones. 2.2 Froyo on Camptivates. (Galxy S) It 
works perfect on mine, will not change market on his.
