Not working on Galaxy S JPM

Market enabler is not working on SGS I9000 2.2 JPM. I have proper root and su 
and although gsm.sim.operator.numeric is 310260 I still can't access payed apps 
on Market.

Here is a logcat with market starting (home it is ok):
