Emulate on boot doesn't work on honeycomb #148

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set emulate on boot
2.Reboot and nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what ROM?
MarketAccess 1.06 on Prime 2.1.1 with Android 3.2.1

My device is Asus Eee pad without 3G. I looked in the AndroidManifest.xml and 
the BootReceiver was set to "android.intent.action.SIM_STATE_CHANGED" but there 
is no sim card in the tablet that's probably why it didn't received this intent.
