Nice job on the download site. I registered and it always takes me to the
registration page even though I am logged in.

even if you go on free download?
Anyway, the other download mirror is still in the list, you can directly 
download the
apk: http://market-enabler.googlecode.com/files/MarketEnabler_v3.0.2-beta.apk
