Stuck screen su request

What steps will reproduce the 
problem?
1. Install Market enabler.
2. Try to fake any carrier, phone 
asks for root privileges
3. Got stucked on SU Request 
screen, it does not show the button 
to allow it.

What is the expected output? What 
do you see instead?

What version of the product are you 
using? On what ROM?
Hero and 2.1 rom, HeroDroid, an 
Eris Droid port.

Please provide any additional 
information below.

Attach a logcat output if possible.

Do you have USB debugging enabled? What versions of su/Superuser.apk do you 
have 
installed? Please try the suggestions from the following comment and report 
about the 
results: http://code.google.com/p/market-enabler/issues/detail?id=27#c15 .
