Market enable doesn't seem to work with official Android 2.1 ROM for HTC Hero #86

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I installed the OTA firmware from HTC and I'm now running Android 2.1 on Hero 
2.I rooted the device again with InstantRoot.apk
3.I sucessfully installed Market-enabler 3.0.8. When trying to fake a provider 
it goes through all the sets, ends up with message "Done and all set" but the 
operator value is unchanged and I'm not able to see paid apps in the Market. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what ROM?
HTC Hero, Android 2.1

Please provide any additional information below.

Attach a logcat output if possible.
