Enable conference review. Good feedback for the next one.

Give conference t-shirt to those completing the survey.

To make this happen, we need to know what to put into the survey. I know Barbie has a survey that is used after many of the conferences. Maybe we could get that as input.

Actually, a framework for adding survey items, getting surveys done, and reporting on them is all that's needed.

If it's done right, you don't need to know anything about the survey design.
