We need some web pages where the user can submit talks and edit them:

A page with list of talks for a given user (could this be embedded on the profile page? #13)
A page where you can add/edit a talk

Don't worry about backend. @jberger will handle that (#5). We just need shiny templates and nice user flow.

We'll close this for now. Let's rather iterate on what is done already in master.
