Missing: unit tests.

@jhthorsen I have added user_roles table and the conference methods administrators, grant_admin_role and revoke_admin_role (also removed admin column from user_conferences). What do you think?

Closing this, since it's completely out of sync with master. Moved "user_roles" code on to #52.
