require full training pages #44

As subpages to the training summary page, effectively a drill down from https://github.com/mojoconf/MCT/issues/39

if you feel design wise it would be better for the user to "drill down" on the same page and "expanding" the contents via javascript that's okay... would like to see the behavior on test.mojoconf.com prior to pushing to prod
