Extracts probably defined in a form transformable to (if not the same) https://github.com/osmcode/osmium-tool/blob/master/extract-example-config/extracts.json

Validate AOI JSON for pull requests using CI (Travis CI?) to prevent merges from breaking existing AOIs.
