Only define instance_exec if needed #6

Hello!

Newer version of ruby already define their own instance_exec and you core_ext was blowing up Rails 3.2.9. I suggest that we only define instance_exec if needed.

Feel free to disregard the HEAD branch. The requires were raising errors for me.
