Empty mbtiles on max zoom #22

When I serve tm2 using tessera

tessera tmstyle:///Users/wtgeo_000/Desktop/Upwork/Sotiris/mapbox-studio-outdoors.tm2

I can view tiles at zoom 10.

However even though this cmd successfully completes...

tl copy -z 0 -Z 10 -b "-180 -85.0511 180 85.0511" tmstyle:///Users/wtgeo_000/Desktop/Upwork/Sotiris/mapbox-studio-outdoors.tm2 mbtiles:///Users/wtgeo_000/Desktop/Upwork/Sotiris/outdoors.mbtiles

Zoom 0 through 9 tiles are fine but zoom 10 tiles are transparent.

I do not understand. Thanks in advance.

I can view tiles at zoom 10.

Are you sure they are not tiles at zoom level 9 overzoomed?
