Make report compatible with Safari. #21

In Safari (maybe in other Webkit derived browsers as well) the mechanism for toggling visibility does not work.

BTW: This fixes the generated site for all browsers. It used to work in FF but now stopped working as well. This is a result of "W3C innovation" so browsers better remove features instead of other browsers catching up obvious and reasonable features.

The Internet was done so well that most people think of it as a natural resource like the Pacific Ocean, rather than something that was man-made. When was the last time a technology with a scale like that was so error-free? The Web, in comparison, is a joke. The Web was done by amateurs. -- Alan Kay.
