Declared Exceptions should be reflected in documentation as error results.

Done in general. However desired improvements would be

Configuration to map specific exceptions to specific status codes would be nice.
Configuration to configure the generated example output would also be nice as the plugin will not do analysis of how you implemented ExceptionMapper @Providers.
