Commit message says it:

Some XML processors may fetch the XSD referenced by the `xsi:schemaLocation`
attribute. It's better if this happens securely.

This repository hasn't seen activity in the past nine months. Is it still maintained? If so, could one of the maintainers please take a look at this PR?
