passenger.conf Missing #4

Restarted openshift-broker this morning to find that something has gone awry. The passenger.conf file it references isn't on the box. Not having much luck finding a place to source the file so we can replace it.

File was removed somehow but it belongs to the mod_passenger build available in the openshift repository. Reinstalling brought passenger back in line.
