Gear Installations are Lingering #5

User accounts for some gears are not being removed properly.

References still appear for nonexistant apps in /var/lib/openshift/ and /etc/passwd as well as possibly other places.

Manually removed the passwd and /var/lib/openshift gears which shouldn't be present. Going to assume that settles the issue since it was caused during the selinux troubleshooting. We can reopen if gears are orphaned again.
