Add command line tool #2

API is cool but it'd be really nice to have a command line tool for this. We could just wrap this up as a Gem, perhaps even with a watcher, then installation/usage could be as simple as:

gem install sass2stylus
sass2stylus foo/bar.scss or sass2stylus -w foo/bar.scss

@samccone I'll be done with this (sass2stylus foo.scss) in an hour or so, but I'm not going to do the watcher right now. I want to get to Jeet's stuff and I got distracted by this. :)
