Please could someone take over the work that Graeme started on writing a script to recognise array spike-ins?

See #236. "We will also require somewhere to record who created and checked a runsheet - maybe this can be set up in a prompt during runsheet creation. We will need to have a chart for runsheet creation and checks as well." - This should be addressed as part of the spike in project (since this will require updating the runsheet creation process anyway).

New array analysis software supports spike ins. Graeme to test the new software.
