Release notes for v2 #140

Hi there!

Following-up on https://github.com/mokkabonna/inquirer-autocomplete-prompt/commit/d46752fbb308ab59faa085f406a0983450806b81#commitcomment-75535326, would you mind adding release notes to https://github.com/mokkabonna/inquirer-autocomplete-prompt/releases/tag/v2.0.0 so we have a list of changes and, more importantly, breaking changes between 1.4.0 and 2.0.0?

That would give us some guidance and peace of mind before we can upgrade it on our codebase :)

It was probably a mistake to call it 2.0

The functionally for this plugin was the same but due to major refactoring and peer dependency of inquirer v8 I versioned it 2.0 Not sure what is the best practice when you have peer dependencies and those have a new major version. Any input from how the general community does this is appreciated.
