Change the name of the button to "choisir autre titre" #81

If possible, if not only "changer titre choisi" or "changer choix titre" or "changer choix TDS" image

I've changed the button names to Choisir titre. Should it be Choisir autre titre?

The only reason not to add autre is that the two change attribute buttons would be Choisir préfecture and Choisir autre titre, one with autre and one without, which is a little weird.

To add or not to add: that is the question @paolagermangarcia
