Tranquil is not an option in the recommended weather when submitting fits #108

Describe the bug The lowest option that can be selected for suggested weather is T1, Calm.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to submit a fit
  2. Enter fit details
  3. On the next page, page 2, there is the recommended weather option. You cannot select Tranquil.

Expected behavior You can select tranquil.

Would really like to see this added, finding T0 fits is hard enough for new players without them being mixed into T1.

This is still an issue for me as well. I'd like to add alpha newbro friendly fits, but I can only select calm filaments on the fitting screen.
