Try possibilities to detect horizontal gene transfer #16

As the tree is created from a partitioned analysis of multiple genes it might be possible to find partitions that disagree with the overall tree. Such inconsistent partitions can result from horizontal gene transfer. Alternatively single gene trees can be calculated in addition to the combined tree. Some sort auf automation and testing is required to establish that.
