Export of pseudotax table fails if no taxonomy metadata #208

The export of the pseudotax table silently fails when there is no taxonomy key in the OTU metadata. This is an assumption that we should not make, the download has to work anyway.

Unrelated note: taxonomy metadata is still required for full functionality of Phinch.
