Hey,

I've been making a bunch of changes including:

• Automatic syncing/reindexing with findXandUpdate() functions
• Fixes to mapping (nested, refs)
• Ability to ignore fields (so they are not saved in elasticsearch)

However, after going through a merge of new commits, there are some changes I'm not sure about:

• Why is the model.save function going to get overwritten?
• What is the saveHandler stuff for?

I wanted to make sure I understand what's going on before I make a pull request. Thanks!

Why is the model.save function going to get overwritten?

• It's to execute the registered savehandlers

What is the saveHandler stuff for?

• The saveHandlers are to check if there were errors on saving the document and if there was an error it will be removed from elasticsearch.
