UI changes to Results page
Added mmli-backend API endpoints to:
1. Upload pdf
2. Run chemscraper job as background task
3. Get input file
4. Get result status
5. Get results/error
Modify dockerfile, github action to support multiple environments
Implement loading screen with stages
Add highlight boxes in pdf based on result data
UI changes to display molecule details
