adjust MarvinJS modal layout #77

There is vertical and a little bit of horizontal scrolling in the side/upper toolbars of the Marvin JS draw structure modal. Can we try resizing this so that there is no scrolling (make the modal taller/wider)? I’m not sure how tall/wide this would require it to become, so it may not be reasonable. But if possible, it would be great to check!
