Unable to de-activate deceive at will #231

If I use deceive at all, then later I can't get it to deactivate. I force quit League, the client, Overwolf, everything and I log back into deceive active. Only completely restarting my computer works. Is there a setting I'm missing to toggle it or launch without it being active after I've used it?
