Uploading the same file twice results in strange error #46

upload "https://molgenis26.gcc.rug.nl/downloads/gavin/molgenis_test_data/diagnostics_test_emx.xlsx" via the import data tab.

This will succeed

the app reports an error stating that "INTERNAL_ID" is an unknown column

Expected A clear error that this entity already exists

We return the error from the import api. If unclear this is a molgenis bug
