Cartview variableset layout can break with Nutrition dataset #301

How to Reproduce

In the webshop tree go to:

Nutrition > FFQ Sum scores Or an other variable set with a collapsed variables set Add all 2000+ variables to cart Open the cart

Expected behavior

You will see the whole cart without errors

Observed behavior

Layout breaks
Loads of "RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceeded" console errors

Note: I was not able to reproduce "Maximum call stack size exceeded" a second time. The variable set layout still broke.

The layout does seem strange, looks like we are missing the + and - icons, is these a smaller set to check this with ? ( or should we create on in de DB ? )

Works fine for "Physical state" -> "Blood pressure (measured)" variable so could be data issue ?
