I cannot select the year 2017 #66

How to Reproduce

  1. Go to http://www.palgaopenbaredatabank.nl/menu/main/dataexplorer?entity=PalgaSample&hideselect=true# and change the lower boundary for the year to 2010 and the upper boundary for the year to 2017
  2. Click on zoeken

Expected behavior

The filter for the year is set to Jaar: (2010 ≤ x ≤ 2017)

Observed behavior

Once you leave the box for the upper boundary the value is changed to 2016 and the filter for the year is set to Jaar: (2010 ≤ x ≤ 2016)
