MOLGENIS Compute is a framework for bioinformatics which enables large scale data and computational workflow management in a distributed execution environment.
In a previous version generated scripts were automatically numbered per protocol.
In the current version this no longer happens. For some use cases this is useful, for some it's not. Would be nice to have a commandline switch to enable/disable automagic numbering of generated scripts.
