Strange safari only render bug opens up empty request dialog by default

What version of EMX2 are you using (see footer) Software version: v10.8.2. Database version: 14.

Describe the bug Strange safari only render bug, some empty popups that should be hidden open up on safari.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://bbmri-emx2-test.molgeniscloud.org/Directory/directory/#/catalogue' on the Safari browser
2. See strange broken popup

Expected behavior I expect this like shown in firefox and chrome

Screenshots I see this, (only in safari) note i did not click on anything, this is open by default
