I have a conceptual question about the choice of your schemas organization, especially in the FAIR_DATA_HUB template.
I understand GenomicVariations table is linked to Individuals table through GenomicVariationsCaseLevel table. Then, Individuals are linked to Biosamples through the Analyses table and the Runs table.
Why did you choose to link variations to individuals rather than biosamples? Some individuals might have several biosamples with different variations. This is the case in cancer, mitochondrial genetics, or simply the individuals being sampled and analyzed at different time points.
Let me know if there is something that I misunderstood :)
