View toggle (detail/compact, Vars/Harmonisation) tab not visible on small screen

What version of EMX2 are you using (see footer) v10.86.00

Describe the bug The catalogue view for All Variables shows a harmonisation tab, when you browser window is small (phone, ipad) the tab disappears

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://data-catalogue-acc.molgeniscloud.org/testCatalogue/ssr-catalogue/all/variables?page=1&conditions=[{%22id%22:%22topics%22,%22conditions%22:[{%22name%22:%22ADHD+symptoms%22}]}]'
2. Resize the window so it will scale down
3. See missing tab (see screenshots)

Expected behavior As a user on a smaller screen I still need the option to select the harmonisation tab.
