feat: add refback to network variables, closes #477 #3943

What are the main changes you did:

Add refback All variables.network variables
bump to version 3.14
add refback Variables.collection variables for flat model

how to test:

add refback All variables.network variables (with refBack 'variable') inside schema using schema editor

todo:

[ ] Add field definition "Validation error (FieldUndefined@[Variables/networkVariables]) : Field 'networkVariables' in type 'Variables' is undefined"
[ ] added/updated tests
[ ] added/updated testplan to include a test for this fix, including ref to bug using # notation
