fix(catalogue): variables from other projects linked using network variables table should be shown in variables view of that network

What are the main changes you did:

• [x] updated demo data to include network variables for testNetwork1
• [x] updated demo data to have a mapping for that variable for testCohort2 in testNetwork1
• [x] extended catalogue/variables filter to include matches based on network variables
• [x] updated acceptance tests protocols
• [x] variables count on landing page should also be including network variables
• [ ] updated e2e test for this

how to test:

• go to testNetwork1 and see count '9'
• go to testNetwork1 'variables' and see extra variable 'ga_lmp' (which is from lifecycle via network variables table),
