fix(directory): All breadcrumb links in a CollectionCard go to the DirectoryApp #4085

What version of EMX2 are you using (see footer) v10.103.2

Describe the bug When being in a collection card there is a breadcrumb with option "Back to the catalogue"/BIOBANKNAME/CollectionName Clicking on Back to the catalogue works fine (even applied filters are kept), however clicking on the BIOBANKNAME also goes back to the catalogue, where this should be the BIOBANK card.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'directory.bbmri-eric.eu'
  2. Click on a collection and go to the collection card
  3. Click on the biobank name in the breadcrumb
  4. See that it resolves to the catalogue, instead of the Biobank Card

Expected behavior When using the breadcrumb in a collection card, using the BiobankName should navigate to the biobank card and not back to the catalogue

we noticed double # as /#/#/ , seems a very small router fix.
